My name is Noah Allison and I am the creator and author of Good Food Preservation. While growing up in Southern California, I slowly developed an active interest in food. Eating became a time that was not only about enjoying life with friends and loved ones, but instead; about experiencing food itself in a variety of ways and an opportunity to learn about other cultures. My background in architectural history, urban planning and historic preservation, my passion for eating good food, and my interest in learning and understanding different cultures led to the creation of Good Food Preservation.
